云 山 烟 水 苦 难 亲
野 草 幽 花 名 自 春。
赖 有 高 楼 能 聚 远
一 时 收 拾 与 闲 人。

Clouds and mountains easily seen from afar, the mist and water difficult when too close
Spring wild grasses and secluded flowers next to each other.
With this tall building, can see into the distance
Every season the idle people gather around here.
