南 乡 子： 集 句
怅 望 送 春 杯（杜 牧）
渐 老 逢 春 能 几 回（杜 甫）。
花 满 楚 城 愁 远 别（许 浑）伤 怀。
何 况 清 丝 急 管 催（刘 禹 锡）。
吟 断 望 乡 台（李 商 隐）
万 里 归 心 独 上 来（许浑）。
景 物 登 临 闲 始 见（杜 牧）徘 徊。
一 寸 相 思 一 寸 灰（李 商 隐）。

Chang wang song chun bei (Du Mu)
Jian lao feng chun neng ji hui (Du Fu).
Hua man chu cheng chou yuan bie (Xu Hun) shang huai.
He kuang qing si ji guan cui (Liu Yu Xi).
Yin duan wang xiang tai (Li Shangyin).
Wan li gui xin du shang lai (Xu Hun)
Jing wu deng lin xian shi jian (Du Mu) pai huai.

Gaze into the distance, sorry to toast the send off of spring (Du Mu)
Old, soon to flow back into the original,
How many more returns of spring can I see (Du Fu)
Chu city walls filled with flowers,
Yet melancholy and missing my home (Xu Hun) injures my heart. This situation like playing string and wind musical instruments (Liu Yuxi).
Stop drinking, gaze into the distance and imagine my hometown skyline (Li Shangyin)
Thousands of mile to return home, the loneliness of my heart arises (Xu Hun)
From idleness I can be about enjoying the scenery of the outside world (Du Mu)
As I pace back and forth, one inch of lovesickness, one inch of turning into ashes and dust (Li Shangyin).

Du Fu: (712-770) Tang Dynasty poet. His poems and biographical information can also be found on this website.
Xu Hun: Tang Dynasty poet and friend of Li Shangyin
Liu Yuxi: (772-842) Tang Dynasty poet who specialized in folk songs, and was friends with poets Bai Juyi and Han Yu.
Li Shangyin: (c.813-858) Famous for his “No Title” poems. Some of his lines found their way into the lyrics of Pink Floyd’s songs.
