元 载 相 公 曾 借 箸
宪 宗 皇 帝 亦 留 神。
旋 见 衣 冠 就 东 市
忽 遗 弓 剑 不 西 巡。
牧 羊 驱 马 皆 戎 服
白 发 丹 心 尽 汉 臣。
唯 有 凉 州 歌 舞 曲
流 传 天 下 乐 闲 人。
He Huang
Yuan zai xiang gong ceng jie zhu
Xian zong huang di yi liu shen.
Xuan jian yi guan jiu dong shi
Hu yi gong jian bu xi xun.
Mu yang qu ma jie rong fu
Bai fa dan xin jin han chen.
Wei you liang zhou ge wu qu
Liu chuan tian xia le xian ren.

When Yuan Zai was young, he made the plan for major water projects

Huang River: Tributary to Yellow River in Gansu Province
Yuan Zai: (713-777 AD) Duke and a high level official (chancellor) during the Tang Dynasty. Noted for being arrested and executed for corruption.
Xianzong: (778-820 AD)(r. 805-820) Tang Dynasty emperor against having defeated warlords unify and solidify imperial government authority.
Liangzhou: An area inside Gansu Province.
