听 嘉 陵 江 水 声 寄 深 上 人
凿 崖 泄 奔 湍
称 古 神 禹 迹。
夜 喧 山 门 店
独 宿 不 安 席。
水 性 自 云 静
石 中 本 无 声。
如 何 两 相 激
雷 转 空 山 惊。
贻 之 道 门 旧
了 此 物 我 情。
Ting Jia Ling Jiang Shui Sheng Ji Shen Shang Ren
Zao ya xie ben tuan
Chen gu shen yu ji.
Ye xuan shan men dian
Du su bu an xi.
Shui xing zi yun jing
Shi zhong ben wu shen.
Ru he liang xiang ji
Lei zhuan kong shan jing.
Yi zhi dao men jiu
Liao ci wu wo qing.

Fast-moving rapids chisel holes into the cliffs
Like the ancient work of Shenyu.
Noisy evening spent in a mountain gate inn
Staying overnight alone, not enjoying the bamboo mat.
Natural water coming from the clouds calm and quiet
Originally the middle of rocks without sounds.
These two forces crashing against each other is like this:
Thunder that startles the empty mountains
Over a long period of time a gateway to the Dao left behind
My wish to understand the essence and my feelings.
