轻 肥 異 往 年。
晨 风 理 归 棹
吴 楚 各 依 然。

He County: Anhui Province
Wu: A kingdom located at the mouth of the Changjiang (Yangzi River) in the province of Zhejiang during the Western Zhou (12th century-473 BC).
Chu: A kingdom located in most of Hubei and Hunan provinces and parts of many others during the Zhou Dynasty (ca. 1030-223 BC).
