鸿 雁 乘 风 飞
去 去 当 何 极？
念 彼 穷 居 士
如 何 不 叹 息！
虽 欲 腾 九 万
扶 摇 竟 何 力。
远 招 王 子 乔
云 驾 庶 可 饬。
顾 侣 正 徘 徊
离 离 翔 天 侧。
霜 露 岂 不 切
务 从 忘 爱 翼。
高 柯 擢 条 干
远 眺 同 天 色。
思 绝 庆 未 看
徒 使 生 迷 惑。

Chinese geese fly and soar in the wind
Where will they wind up?
I long to see others who are poor intellectuals
So how can I not heave a sigh.
Although desires also soar to the heights
The rising thermals have to be very strong.
Hope to attract a distant, virtuous immortal
I am ready now to be picked up by their cloudy carriage.
Looking back and forth to honest and virtuous companions
Many have already flown away, circling in the air to the edge of the sky.
Not close to the frosty dew
To follow the group flying away, one must forget one’s plumage.
Tall branches and falling twigs
From a distant and high place, trees and sky all one color.
Stopping my imagination, fortunate not to follow this fantasy landscape
Allowed me to emerge out of this delusion.
