遥 遥 从 羁 役
一 心 处 两 端。
掩 泪 泛 东 逝
顺 流 追 时 迁。
日 没 星 与 昴
势 翳 西 山 颠。
萧 条 隔 天 涯
惆 怅 念 常 餐。
慷 慨 思 南 归
路 遐 无 由 缘。
关 梁 难 亏 替
绝 音 寄 斯 篇。

Yao yao cong ji yi
Yi xin chu liang duan.
Yan lei fan dong shi
Shun liu zhui shi qian.
Ri mei xing yu mao
Shi yi xi shan dian.
Xiao tiao ge tian ya
Chou chang nian chang can.
Kang kai si nan gui
Lu xia wu you yuan.
Guan liang nan kui ti

Far away I followed the bridle of government work
Heart and mind dwell in two places (mind at work, heart at home).
Conceal my tears, travel further east
Flowing downstream, recall changing times.
Sun disappears, twenty-eight star constellations
All sink below western mountain peaks.
At the end of the world, desolate separation
Melancholy, long for common family meals.
Think fervently of returning to the south
Remote roads without comforts.
Bridges closed difficult to pass through
Cut off from family news, depend on writing this letter.
