忆 我 少 壮 时
无 乐 自 欣 豫。
猛 志 逸 四 海
骞 翮 思 远 翥。
荏 苒 岁 月 颓
此 心 稍 已 去。
值 欢 无 复 娱
每 每 多 忧 (lu).
气 力 渐 衰 损
转 觉 日 不 知。
壑 舟 无 须 臾
引 我 不 得 住。
前 途 当 几 许？
未 知 止 泊 处。
古 人 惜 寸 阴
念 此 使 人 惧。

Recall the time when I was young and strong
Still pleased and happy without excessive joy.
Suddenly remember, my big plans to travel the whole world
Fly high, soar far and wide.
Years then imperceptibly begin to crumble
Heart-mind already lost my early dreams.
When happiness occurs, it is unremarkable
Frequently have many worries and anxieties.
What was strong now in decline
Wake up everyday feeling today worse than yesterday.
Like floating in a deep mountain pool, life awaits for nothing
Have to hold on tight to the moving boat.
How many promises are on the road ahead of me
Do not know yet where this boat will drop anchor.
Ancestors learned to cherish every second
Thinking of this, makes me fear this passing of time.
