吾 庐
吾 庐 镜 湖 上
傍 水 开 云 扃。
秋 浅 叶 未 丹
日 落 山 更 青。
孤 鹤 从 西 来
长 鸣 掠 池 汀。
亦 知 常 苦 饥
未 忍 吞 膻 腥。
我 食 虽 不 肉
匕 箸 穷 芳 馨。
幽 窗 灯 火 冷
浊 酒 倒 残 瓶。

Wu lu jing hu shang
Bang shui kai yun jiong.
Qiu qian ye wei dan
Ri luo shan geng qing.
Gu he cong xi lai
Chang ming lue sha ting.
Yi zhi chang ku ji
Wei ren tun shan xing.
Wo shi sui bu rou
Bi zhu qiong fang xin.
You chuang deng huo leng
Zhuo jiu dao can ping.
Our Hut
Our hut near a large mirror-like lake
Large high windows near river water.
Autumn leaves turning almost red
Sun goes down, mountains become more green.
Solitary cranes arrive from the west
Long bird cries as they skim over the sandy shoals.
Also realize these are calls of hunger
They could not stand to eat shallow and stranded fish.
My meals without meat
Poor chopsticks eat the strong and in-season.
Cool secluded windows and one lit lantern
Finish up the murky wine and dregs from the jar.
