三 年 再 旱 独 堪 闻？
一 熟 诸 村 稍 作 欣。
老 予 朝 朝 弄 田 水
眼 看 翠 浪 作 黄 云。

Did I hear that the last three years brought drought again?
Numerous villages will be joyful as new grains ripen.
At every daybreak this old man tends the fields with water
Eyes see waves of emerald green and emerging clouds of yellow.
