大 城 小 城 柳 已 青
东 台 西 台 雪 正 晴。
莺 花 又 作 新 年 梦
丝 竹 常 闻 静 夜 声。
废 苑 烟 芜 迎 马 动
清 江 春 涨 拍 堤 平。
樽 中 酒 满 身 强 健
未 恨 飘 零 过 此 生。

Da cheng xiao cheng liu yi qing
Dong tai xi tai xue zheng qing.
Ying hua you zuo xin nian meng
Si zhu chang wen ing ye sheng.
Fei yuan yan wu ying ma dong
Qing jiang chun zhang pai di ping.
Zun zhong jiu man shen jiang jian
Wei hen piao ling guo ci sheng.

Eastern and western terraces, after snowfall all is sunny.
Orioles and flowers make for good New Year dreams
Calm and quiet evening, spring sounds of string and bamboo wind instruments.
My horse passes by abandoned gardens and clouds of weeds
Springtime Qing River water levels rise along with the boats.
Wine vessels full, lifeforce strong and healthy
Yet regret this drifting alone passage of life.
