Reading “Mountains and Seas Stories” : Thirteen Poems:    No. 6

On the remote Wugao Mountain
Looking into the distance, warm-weather, tall trees
Vast branches stretching far and wide.
Thick, spreading leaves envelope the place where the sun rises.

One of the immortals linger by the cinnabar pond
Very early in the morning, sun bathes.
Spiritual scenery, sun climbs into the sky
Dark, secluded places gone with the illumination.
