Ye Gui Zhuan Jie Xiang Shu Shi
Jin fang deng huo ru zhou ming
Shi li dong feng chui shi sheng.
Yuan fang ji ji men jin bi
Zhi you yan yue wu ren xing.
Shei jia xiao lou ge nao nong?
Yu xiang piao miao ying lian long.
Ku xin zi gu fa zhen shang
Ci hen lue yu wu cao tong.
Gui lai kong zhai wo qi leng
Deng qian bing gu chan chan ying.
Du yin gu diao yi shei ting?
Liao yu mei hua fen ye yong.

Nearby alleys, lantern fires like the daytime brightness
For three miles to the east, winds blow in the market sounds.
Far away districts, very lonely people with most doors closed
Only have a misty moon with no travelers.
Whose small household songs sound mad and angry?
Dim and elusive echoes beyond my tangled and curtained windows.
Naturally ancient heart-minds also lack praise and enjoyment
These resentments same as the palace people and army.
Come back to an empty room, lie down cold and dreary
Sickened bones, shadows sharp and steep in front of the lantern.
Solitary ancient chants, who can hear them?
For all time, the plum blossoms and I share mutual affection.
