行 至 汝 坟 寄 卢 征 君
行 乏 憩 余 驾
依 然 见 汝 坟。
洛 川 方 罢 雪
嵩 嶂 有 残 云。
曳 曳 半 空 里
明 明 五 色 分。
聊 题 一 时 兴
因 寄 卢 征 君。
Xing Zhi Ru Fen Ji Lu Zheng Jun
Xing fa qi yu jia
Yi ran jian ru fen.
Luo chuan fang ba xue
Song zhang you can yun.
Ye ye ban kong li
Ming ming wu se fen.
Liao ti yi shi xing
Yin ju lu zheng jun.
Travel As Far As Rufen, Send to Lu Zhengjun
Travel weary, rest my sail here
As before, view the Rufen mountains.
Snow has stopped in the Luoyang region
Screen-like high mountain peaks have cloud remnants.
Nudged a bit to go halfway inside the emptiness
Broad and vast the Five Colors and Elements.
Just begin to write one poem
Send to you, Lu Zheng.

Five Colors and Elements: Also known as the Five Phases, this philosophy dates back to very ancient times. Used in Chinese alchemy, feng shui, astrology, medicine, music and the martial arts. The five elements are fire, water, wood, metal and earth.
