渔 家 傲
千 古 龙 蟠 并 虎 踞
从 公 一 吊 兴 处.
渺 渺 斜 风 吹 细 雨。
芳 草 渡
江 南 父 老 留 公 住。
公 驾 飞 车 凌 彩 雾
红 鸾 骖 乘 青 鸾 驭。
却 讶 此 洲 名 白 鹭。
非 吾 侣
翩 然 欲 下 还 飞 去。

I follow you, and together we see this Nanjing palace that has, over the centuries, developed and declined several times

Jiangnan elders remain, do not want you to leave.
Your carriage like a chariot approaching colorful mists
With a team of two red luans, and a green one as driver
Very surprised this river islet has so many white egrets
These meat-eating, low-flying birds are not my companions
I see you have to fly away and depart from this lowly place.
Notes:
Jiangnan: Literally means south of the river. It is the area within Zhejiang Province south of the Changjiang mouth.
Luans: Mythological birds similar to peacocks. Noted for singing spontaneously while in paradise.
