宿 云 送 腊 晓 仍 开
日 动 江 光 度 竹 来。
春 到 更 晴 谁 不 喜
时 迁 不 道 老 相 催。
山 村 敢 惜 身 犹 远
边 地 应 怜 战 未 回。
春 鸟 岂 知 人 意 绪
新 声 只 欲 劝 衔 杯！

Overnight clouds, send off the old lunar year with offerings
Sunny days entice the bamboo to sprout around the river landscapes.
Who cannot be happy with the change of weather and spring’s arrival
Seasonal changes, do not need reminders that time quickly moves on.
Inside this remote mountain village, value the courageous lives that cannot come home
We should sympathize with those not able to return from the border areas.
Don‘t the spring birds realize that people can have these moods and expectations
New bird sounds, in isolation I cannot persuade myself to drink cup after cup of wine.
