阳 台 隔 楚 水
春 草 生 黄 河。
相 思 无 日 夜
浩 荡 若 流 波。
流 波 向 海 去
欲 见 终 无 因。
遥 将 一 点 泪
远 寄 如 花 人。

Yang Tai separated by the Chu River
Spring grasses emerge from the Yellow River.
Think of each other day and night
Vast and level are the flowing waves.
Flowing waves depart to the ocean
Longing to see you without end.
Send one teardrop faraway to you
My distant flower lady.
Notes:
Mt. Yantai: From an old story about a Chu king. One day he met an immortal goddess. After a one night fling at Mt. Yantai, she returned back to heaven.
Chu River: Flows through the provinces of Anhui and Jiangsu.
